  MedHisab is delivered as a secure SaaS solution hosted on UAE-based, ISO-certified data centers. No on-premise installation is required—access the platform via any modern web browser.

• What are the technical requirements?

  All you need is a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and a reliable internet connection. We recommend 5 Mbps bandwidth per concurrent user for optimal performance.

• What pricing plans are available?

  We offer tailored plans based on facility size and feature set from your core clinical costing data. Submit your request on our website Request A Quotation form for a customized quote aligned to your requirements.

• Can I pay in installments?

  Yes, we offer flexible payment plans that allow you to pay in installments. We offer payment plan 50% down payment upon approval of the quotation and 50% upon successful generation of your final XML report.

• Do you offer discounts for multi-facility deployments?

  Absolutely. Group pricing and volume discounts are available for healthcare networks and multi-site organizations. Starting from minimum 10 facilities, we can provide a tailored package.
